The W. P. Carey MBA Career Management Center is committed to providing efficient and cost-effective services to organizations looking to fill summer and full-time career opportunities.  Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service.  We accomplish this through personalized attention and a full spectrum of services and resources briefly highlighted here: 

• Recruiting Expertise — Our career management team will help you plan your recruiting strategy and coordinate all arrangements for your campus visit.  The relationship managers and career advisors bring a depth of industry recruiting knowledge and understanding of students’ perspectives and goals.  Together we can build a recruiting program tailored to your needs. 
• Employer Events — We strive to provide efficient methods for interacting with MBA students by facilitating effective recruiting events on campus. Whether you are considering a visit to campus for the first time or expanding your presence from previous years, we can discuss the options to host a company presentation or participate in Recruiter Day. 
• Interviewing and Hiring Resources — Whether you are recruiting current MBA students or alumni, we are eager to connect you with qualified W. P. Carey MBA candidates.  Using our eRecruiting system, we can collect applications for your positions and schedule student interviews to take place in our career management suite.  Our job posting system allows you to post a position and manage the interviewing process efficiently.  If you wish to reach out directly to students, we invite you to view résumés online or sponsor an event such as a student club activity or site visit. 
• MBA Recruiting Guidelines — We have reviewed and made enhancements to our recruiting policies to include hiring international students in order to improve the process for both recruiters and students.  We encourage you to review these policies to ensure you are aware of all aspects of the W. P. Carey MBA recruiting experience.
