Promote Your Involvement

Whether you are new to recruiting with the W. P. Carey MBA or have a strong history of hiring our graduates, many students will be learning about your organization for the first time. We offer various channels through which you can communicate your opportunities to students. 

• We will feature your recruiting activities on our eRecruiting Web site where students can read about your company, apply for your positions and sign up for your activities. In addition, your recruiting events will appear on our master MBA calendar.
• Announce your upcoming events in RecruitingNews. This weekly e-letter sent to all MBA students offers a great outlet for your recruiting messages. Your advertisement can contain feature articles and commentaries to attract students to your opportunities.
• Hosting a Round Table or Office Hours and including your most valuable on-campus recruiting representative—your summer intern—will provide additional visibility for your company and will augment your formal recruiting activity.
• Review resumes in one of our online resume books and reach out directly to students who appear to be a good match for your organization.
• You can further optimize your recruiting efforts and drive attendance to company events by reaching out to the student leadership of pertinent clubs and organizations.
